There are many cities throughout Wayne County, Michigan that we work in on a regular basis. This includes the cities and townships of Allen Park, Canton, Dearborn and Dearborn Heights, Garden City, Grosse Pointe, Harper Woods, Livonia, Northville, Plymouth, Redford and, of course Detroit which happens to be the largest city in Michigan. Our Tree Service is a licensed and insured company, and all of our equipment passes the Michigan Department of Transportation’s safety inspections. Our crew uses modern technology and techniques when pruning and removing trees.
Wayne County is one of the largest counties in Michigan and is the 15th largest county in the nation. Michigan has a rich history with logging, and forestry, considering that it had dense forests. Now, the majority of the forests in this state are in the northern two-thirds of the state, but no matter where you are in Michigan you will never be further than 30 minutes from a forest! Aside from these interesting tid-bits of information, there will always be a need for professional tree maintenance so that we can keep trees that are around us and our personal property healthy, so they can stick around for a long time.
Wayne County and Oakland County are the two main counties in Michigan that we work in, but we are willing to travel further if it’s beneficial to us and the customer. Since this job consists of moving from job to job we are familiar to areas throughout Wayne County and even have a private lot where we park some of our equipment at. Our headquarters are located in Farmington, MI.
Most of the cities located in Wayne County do not require a permit to remove trees that are on your private property. One exception to this is Dearborn, MI which does require contractors to be licensed with the city to perform tree removals. We are currently licensed to do this as well. City trees are not allowed to be removed by residents or private contractors so if you have a dead tree on city property please contact your city.
