Livonia, Michigan

  Livonia is a city in Wayne County, Michigan. It is a large suburb with an assortment of neighborhoods and shopping centers, such as Laurel Park Mall and great libraries. It also happens to be the location of the owner Frank's wife's childhood home, where she was from third grade through freshman year of high school and has many fond memories of the quiet neighborhood surrounding what once was Tyler Elementary School.

Livonia is a heavily populated city and is Michigan's 9th largest municipality. Every summer the city holds the Spree at Ford Field off Farmington Rd, which is a lot of fun and the last day is a large fireworks show.

 

The subdivisions found in livonia vary from traditional homes made in the 50's and 60's to many new constructions subs with larger, very nice homes.

  A lot of the subs in Livonia have larger lots with wooded backyards, lots of trees and shade. We work throughout the city often and are glad to see the places that are still home to a good number of healthy trees.
